    Ductile Iron wing nut (also known as a scaffold nut) mated  with an 18 Inch long 1018 carbon steel threaded rod. Threads on threaded rod are roll formed. Threads on ductile iron nut are precision machined, not cast.
    Perfect for building leveling stands and racks for welding  , fabrication  ,  and  machinery.   Ductile Iron nut is  Zinc plated.  Threaded Rod has a plain oiled finish.
    Longer lengths of acme rod are available at additional cost up to 12 foot long.
