Before you hang any part of wallpaper: read instruction provided (if instruction is missing please do not install wallpaper but contact us for a replacement) layout your mural to ensure that all panels are the same size, colour, that they match together perfectly and they are in good condition. Refunds or exchanges will not be made once you have hung any part of your mural.
Additional notes
* All orders dispatched within 24 hours of receiving payment via DHL courier (or any other available service) - One business day - we are not dispatching parcels over weekend.
** Next day delivery available only if your payment reach us before 1 pm. This service guarantee delivery to 99% of the UK the next working day. Please note that delivery to some locations described by courier as remote area can take 1 day longer. There is no Saturday/Sunday delivery for this service.

We do not ship our items to destinations described by courier as Remote Area outside of United Kingdom.
